Runs once. Creates the platform database tables, your admin login and your first store.

1. Platform database

In cPanel > Manage My Databases: create a database (e.g. artificial_dba) and a user, then add the user to the database with All Privileges.

Also created in cPanel > Manage My Databases. Leave it empty for a fresh shop, or import your previous store dump into it first; both work. Same user as above unless you fill the fields.
